Bosworth Farm is a place for young adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions to get support with personal care, independent living skills and social activities.

We work with people on a 1:1 basis or as part of a group.
​
We provide person centred support. We work with people that know the person well to make sure we take into account their likes/ dislikes, skills, interests and religious or cultural needs when planning care. We want our residents to be able to have the right care, right support, right culture. We want our residents to be able to follow their hopes and wishes and lead their best lives.

We are experienced with supporting people with complex needs.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Nottinghamshire County Council.
