At Care @ Rainbow’s End, we provide specialist residential support for young adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. Set within the peaceful surroundings of Bosworth Farm, our home offers space, stability and opportunity — a place where every person is supported to grow in confidence and independence at their own pace.

 

Our experienced and compassionate team work with people on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, building meaningful relationships that help each individual thrive. We deliver person-centred care shaped around each resident’s goals, preferences, routines, and cultural or religious needs — ensuring the right care, right support and right culture every day.

 

We believe everyone deserves the chance to live their best life. Whether it’s developing independent living skills, exploring new activities, or connecting with the local community, our approach is rooted in Compassion, Accountability, Responsiveness and Empowerment — the values that guide everything we do.

 

Our service is rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), recognising the warm relationships, strong leadership and consistent quality of care we provide. We are also registered with Nottinghamshire County Council, working closely with families and professionals to ensure safety, inclusion and positive outcomes for every individual we support.
