Provider and Registered Manager
Hilary Tetlow has a degree in education and NVQ5 qualifications in Health & Social Care and management. Hilary taught in various settings for more than twenty years before giving up teaching to create a care home which she hopes is special. Hilary was motivated by her own son, Harry, who had severe learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and later complex health conditions. Hilary wants to create a relaxed home form home feel to Bosworth Farm, a place to be happy, safe and develop new skills and interests. Hilary is passionate about person centred care and encourages putting the individual at the heart of everything to provide care which is truly personal, unique, stimulating and fun.
