Residential care
Bosworth Farm is a small, specialist residential service supporting up to five young adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated mental health needs.
Set within an acre of peaceful countryside, the home offers space, calm and opportunity — a place where every person is supported to live safely, meaningfully and as independently as possible.
All bedrooms are bright and spacious. The house has two large sitting rooms offering choice and comfort — one designed as a quiet, sensory space for relaxation, and another for shared activities and social time.
Outside, residents enjoy the large garden, complete with trampoline, Hot Tub and Chickens. The open space provides freedom to explore, relax, or join in outdoor games, music and seasonal events.

The kitchen is the heart of the home. Here, residents learn and practice independent living skills — making drinks and snacks, planning menus, preparing meals and helping with washing up. All meals are freshly cooked on-site, and staff support residents to try new recipes and make healthy choices.

Our experienced and consistent staff team support individuals with daily routines, developing personal and domestic skills such as laundry, cleaning and shopping. The team promote confidence through positive encouragement, gentle prompting and clear visual routines. This consistency helps build trust and predictability, reducing anxiety and supporting each person to achieve personal goals.
Activities at Bosworth Farm are person-centred and varied — reflecting each resident’s interests, communication style and sensory preferences. Recent activities have included:
